Defect/Feature Request: Can't edit forum replies.

Environment:
Windows XP Pro SP3 (32bit)

Browsers tested with:
Internet Explorer 7 (7.0.5730.13)
Google Chrome (1.0.154.43)

Steps:
1: Make sure you are logged in to the site.
2: Reply to an existing thread in the forum.
3: Attempt to edit your reply.

Expected:
Able to edit the same way you can edit the main thread topic (pencil icon in the upper right of post or some other edit option)

Actual:
No edit option on forum replies.
