Cel Shading links dead.

I was wanting to try and mess with Cel Shading in the game I'm working on but the links in the forum are dead.

The format for forum links on this new site is:
www.garagegames.com/community/forums/viewthread/####
Just pull the numbers after the qt= in the old links and place them in the #### part.

Those particular links however are just discussion. I would think you better served by checking out the resources, but keep in mind that the download links, for the resources that have them, aren't working yet.

Another alternative is to use the Modernization Kit, add the TGE Shader Pack update for it made by Koushik.
