Can I just say thank god :)

I bought the engine a little over a month ago and started doing a little dabbling with the scripts but got a bit overwhelmed. I work full time and don't have much free time to spend learning the engine by myself, and I don't really have much time to look through scattered help in the forums, so I kept putting off working much on my game idea.

This new documentation looks to be a friggin lifesaver... thank you so much for doing it.

Hey Devon,
Can I just say thank you, for you are my hero ( oh, and holy crap - that looks very extensive!). I have been waiting for a document such as this since I bought the Game Engine. I have done my best to figure it out on my own, but as is probably the case with most people here, my time is limited. This looks like it will fill in the blanks nicely, as well as get the newer members up and running much quicker than it used to. So take as much time as you need to finish it, we'll wait.

thanks,
joel

Jeremy: hehe what can I say, that's the exact same reason why I put off even looking into Torque for a year after paying for the license and one of the main reasons why I'm writing this.

Saurav: No harm done, I'm still chugging away at the text regardless. Still kept the tourniquet name though that you made up.

Joel: Everything that will be in that guide comes from my own personal experience with just experimenting around with the tools. But yeah don't thank me yet, its still not finished ;)
