New player model

I have been working on this model for about a month now. I have finished modeling and UV
mapping, and would like to know what you think. I have never textured a model before, so I would like
some input or suggestions. the texture resolution is 1024x1024, and ambient occlusion was pre- rendered in blender

I forgot to add, I have some basic colors and patterns put on, but nothing detailed yet.

Might want to edit your post and add image instead of IMG. Looks good though.

Looks good. Like it. Looking forward to see this dude textured.

You may want to check up on the proportions, though. The lower arm and the hands seem a little short and the head fairly small, for example. With the arms down, the wrist must be somewhat below the crotch whereas here it seems to be above the crotch.
