Baking specular

Before I break down and right one, Does anyone know of a utility that will, Given two bitmaps (a diffuse color bitmap and a grayscale specular mask), bake the specular into the alpha of the diffuse bitmap and save out a new texture?

I use Shadermap pro, it has quite a few options, have a look at their website and see if it does what you want, download the demo.. here's the link

No worries, hope it's what you are looking for, but for the price, it's a very good time saving tool indeed!

@Julian: The funny thing is that I'm actually a registered user of Shadermap Pro! I didn't realize you could run it from the command line and pack the textures! :)
