Water / Boat / Ship Resource or Pack

I've managed to find a couple of resources for boats but I think the existing resources aren't hitting exactly what I am looking for.
I would pay cash money for a good boat class resource. Something with these features:
1. Stationary boat physics based on mass and general shape. This would include buoyancy, pitch, yaw, etc... This could be faked to a degree but basic stationary water physics.
2. Motion boat physics. Slide, drift, acceleration, deceleration, planing effects (amount to pitch and rise based on speed).
The existing resources are a good start. But a good clean class with some basic features and a reallistic feel would be perfect for me at the moment. I'd pay $50+ for this in a pack. I would contribute some low poly boat models similar to icy.cgsociety.org/gallery/481352/ for a code pack if an industrious coder wants to partner.
I'd contribute more $$ if someone wanted to pool resources.
Any takers?
