The Tgea Eula

I'm interested in the TGEA. But before I buy it, I'd like to read over the EULA. The only problem is, I can't find it. I must be totally blind, but I cannot for the life of me figure out where you guys have stuck the thing.

Does someone have a link handy, or can direct me to where it can be found?
