Need someone who is a decent with animations, and preferablly mi

Looking for someone who is a decent animator, working with milkshape is a big plus. Should know more then just the basics. Must communicate. This project may never end if it gets going. I already have stuff setup, dedicated server etc. Just need someone who can:

Take models I have and do the needed DSQ stuff. The animations are already there just don't know how to export it properly from Milkshape. Will be required to send the source files back over to 174 Studios. These models will not belong to you. As stated just need someone to do the export of the model properly from Milkshape to torque.
