PolySoup licensing?

I'm finding contradictory information about the licensing terms for the PolySoup resource, and I'm hoping someone can give me an authoritative answer about what's what. I have an indie license for TGE - but not (yet) for TGEA.

At the top of the resource page* for PolySoup, in the "Introduction" section, it says "Since this is an advanced piece of functionality, it's restricted to Torque Advanced users. If you have a TGE license in addition to your TGEA license, feel free to use it in your TGE projects."

But, further down, there's an update in the "Legal & Credits" section, which says "The code here is now available free for both private & commercial use. This code now only requires a Torque Game Engine or Torque Game Engine Advance Indie or Commercial license in order to be used for publicly distributed for profit games."

And, when I downloaded and unzipped polysoup1_5_2.zip, I found a readme_eula.txt file which says in several different ways that it may *not* be used in for-profit games.

I want to do the Right Thing (tm) here, but at this point I'm pretty thoroughly confused about exactly what the Right Thing (tm) is. Can anyone shed some light on this?

The section which says:

"The code here is now available free for both private & commercial use. This code now only requires a Torque Game Engine or Torque Game Engine Advance Indie or Commercial license in order to be used for publicly distributed for profit games."

Is correct. Unfortunately I don't think the download files have been updated.

[Authority == I made the request to have the licensing changed and had it approved while I was working at GG.]

Great news! Thanks for clarifying that.
