MBO Baseball has two $100 dollar Jobs

We have 2 jobs that pay $100 each.
The first is to use high res models to render texture maps. The maps will then be applied in photoshop to character textures. Then in max the existing model vertex's need to be hand tweeked so the texture maps look real.
Its a super technique to keep poly count low and to make the resulting character really look great.
There are two characters to complete. Its hand animating at its best!
The second job is to reduce polys in a number of 6 objects. This requires auto reducing the model applying a high resolution render texture and then tweeking every poly you can out of the objects. Cheating is encouraged.
In each case payment is on inspection of quality and might be rejected totally if the quality is not acceptable.
Its only lunch money but each job will take 10 hours each I would guess.
The second job can be done in max 4 or above.
The first job is max 2009 only.
(I wish I posted this in the job forum in retrospec, however posting there would make me double post and I can not delete this thread, so I guess the best I can do is to leave this here.)
