Sound problem - nonlooped sounds looping

Hi!
As we've released our game, we have some more feedback from people. Unfortunately problem I hoped is solved came along.
Here is brief description from user:
"Oh, but I'm also having a huge technical problem with it too. In later levels, after playing for ten minutes or so, the sound goes haywire. Sounds start looping over and over and OVER. It might just be a car horn, or clapping, or it might be more aggravating like the guy who says "Hey, how's it going?", "Hey, how's it going?", "Hey, how's it going?" over and again - aargh!!!! The only solution is either to turn the sound off completely or quit right out of the game and restart (losing all progress in that level) - only for it to start happening again after a few minutes.
I have a very well specc'd PC with up to date drivers (running Vista) (...)"

Can anyone of you have found such problem?

We are using TGB 1.7.4 Commercial Pro, but have changed OpenAl to newest one from openal.org

Problem showed up when we've started streaming looped music files. Before that we were loading whole music files (which costed us 200MB of RAM, as we have over 2 minutes long songs). Change to streaming was necessity, but it caused some non-looped files started looping. It seems that it happens rather rarely, and rather on loaded machine.

Problem description:
* non-looped, non-stream and streamed short sound starts looping with newest OpenAl drivers and also with distributed ones.

Any help highly appreciated.

Thanks!
Adam
