Torque X Starter Game template

Im trying to do some tutorials, and it says to open up a starte game tutorials with Game studio express.
Well when i open Microsoft Visual C# 2005 express edition there is no starter game template at all. On the right i am looking under "XNA Game studio 2.0" project type, and there is no starter game template.
What could be wrong?
