Predator and Prey Lead Programmer + More?

I've decided to take the plunge into the world of projects, upon being harassed by my fellow GGers. ^^
If you want information on exactly what type of game this will be, look here. It's a long read through all of the posts, I warn you.
To narrow it down, it's essentially a game based on the African Savannah, where you can play as one of the local wildlife. You can hunt and stalk prey, defend your territory, form prides/packs, take control of an existing pride/pack, have litters of kids, and even chase down annoying tourists.
Basically, I'm in need of every position, as this is just getting started. There's no pay for the current work, although something may happen if the game is a success (no promises). I'd like to find someone that's competent in knowledge but also in character: some people that have the desire to work and be a success but also know how to have fun too.
The idea got a lot of support (thanks to everyone) so I hope it can get off the ground.

I imagine that it will be with Torque, as it will be the easiest to work with by far, considering the resources we have here at GG. Aside from that, getting together a team with knowledge of engines spanning outside of Torque would be even harder than finding a team that only works with GG's engine.
