Hey Gang!
I have a GREAT opportunity for some lucky developer! I'm working with a world leading gaming company that looking for a versatile programmer to create and tune lower-level character behaviors and be part of a cross studio behavior engineering group within its central technology team. One of the responsibilities is to develop motor-driven ragdoll behaviors using the Euphoria ragdoll AI system.
So we're looking for someone that has at least 2 years of programming experience with emphasis on animation, physics and/or AI, solid C/C++ programming skills. you're going to need a good eye for believable character motion and body mechanics as well as familiarity with one or more 3D animation tools (Maya, 3DSMax or MotionBuilder).
Oh... and you're going to need understanding of engineering level 3D math.
The job is in San Diego, CA and they will relocate you. There will be travel involved as you will have to go to their development sites all over the world.
If you're right out of college and have these skills then you will start at $85,000. If you already come with industry experience then the salary is higher depending on your level of experience.
Please shoot me out your resume and why you think you fit this job. Thanks!
