Compressed audio for iPhone iTGB?

Hey all,

Anyone know if iTGB is going to support compressed audio for the iPhone? We are trying to stay under the 10MB limit for games to be downloaded thru AT&T and we are finding our audio is taking up too much space as is.

The iPhone obviously supports many compressed formats, but is iTGB going to let us use any of those? Am I correct that Ogg doesn't work?

Can this be difficult to implement? Paul? Are there plans for compressed

The iPhone is a PDA which also plays music (although some people have used it to make calls, I hear), so I think all games should use an ambient sound profile and let users play their own music.

A few posts above Mark asked about a good, free audio converter. I've had great results with Audacity! Check it out.

And, though not free, I should also mention Sample Manager by Audiofile Engineering. It's a batch audio file processor, and it's awesome to put all your wavs in one folder, click one button, and sit back and watch Sample Manager convert them all. hehe! Version 3 is currently on sale for $65.
