TGB-Graphical Problem

Every time I go and try to open TGB it has a problem it seems. I get some weird graphical problems.
I have not gone and registered yet because I find this a little odd. Here is a print screen of what I see when I open up TGB.

I just went and made sure by looking for the runtime DLLs. I found both Opengl32.dll and glu32.dll
EDIT: I have also uninstalled and re downloaded the installer and reinstalled just in case it was corrupted or something. No luck there. I have done this twice.

What about your system specs? What kind of video card do you have and when was the last time you updated the drivers?
