Programmer Flash/Java for platform-style game (and music)

I have wanted to make a proper version of this game idea ever since I came up with it last spring. Now I've decided I can't be bothered with the programming, so I need help
I'd like to have it platform independent seeing as I am a Mac user, so I would like to have it made in flash. If no good flash devs are available though I'll settle for Java.
I'd like to hold on to the details of the project a tad longer, but the basic idea is a mario style game (albeit a smidge floatier) where blocks randomly spawn at the right side of the screen and travel to the left. There are a few twists to he game obviously.
I already have a somewhat buggy demo for proof of concept which I'll show to anyone interested to give an idea of what I'm going for. I need only help with the code, I'll take care of all the graphics myself. Having programmed the demo and a non-functional mobile version I'd say it shouldn't take more than a week or two to get to beta and balancing.
Also I already have music, but seeing as I am not a musician I wouldn't mind having one providing a better soundtrack.
