Will Video Support Ever Enabled Agian?

I just downloaded TGEA 1.8 beta to test it out and beside a few bugs that it has I also noticed that the AVI and Theora Video Support is still disabled. My question is if anyone knows when or if video support will ever be enabled? I am currently working on a project that I would like to put video in but is looking like I will have to redesign it to not include the video :(

If anyone could give me an answer or some advice on how to get around this problem it would be greatly appreciated.

Anyone know if this has been Enabled yet? I am trying to add a video to a project using theora but if there is any other way that someone can think of please let me know how.

I appreciate any help.

tgea 1.8.2 has theora support fixed and working.
