If I buy Torque X, do I get Torque Game Builder as well?

Me and my friends want to make a game for Xbox Live. So we've decided to purchase Torque X. But now we're confused on exactly which product we need to buy. Do we just buy Torque X? Does this purchase include Torque Game Builder and the Torque Game Engine? Or do we need to buy 3 different products? Like Torque X, TGB and TGE? Or is this all included in the purchase of Torque X?

Torque X Builder - This is a GUI level editor for Torque X 2D. This comes bundled with the Torque X binary engine and Torque Game Builder (our 2D C++ GUI level editor). For most people this is where you want to start
Torque X Pro - This is the source code for Torque X. This does not include any of the editors. You will only need this if you need to make changes to the Torque X Engine.
TGE - This is our base C++ engine and editor. This does not come with any of the Torque X products. If you are looking to get on Xbox Live Arcade (not the community portal that just released) I would recommend either this engine or preferably Torque Game Engine Advanced. Note: In order to get your game from TGE or TGEA to the Xbox you will need to purchase an Torque 360 license as well as get certified by Microsoft and will need to purchase a dev kit from Microsoft. This is not for the faint of heart.
Both of the Torque X will let you publish to the Community Channel (you will need a Creator's Club license from MS). If you want to go to Xbox Live Arcade you will need to follow a similar process to what I listed for TGE.
