Description:
Oceanaut Studios is seeking a lead programmer experienced in Torque Game Builder for our current title in development, a 2D casual/core game with rpg, strategy, and sim elements.

Responsibilities:
You will be working with the designer to develop our specifications into a prototype and into a polished product ready for publication (web portals).

General skills:
Good knowledge of the development process
Proactively identify and solve problems
Highly motivated, creative thinker

Technical summary:
Tile-based, overhead game map, simple point-and-click gameplay, no physics, some pathfinding, some AI.

Oceanaut is a privately funded independent game developer dedicated to creating unique, challenging, and immersive experiences for the casual and core gaming communities.
