Paths saving world file

Ok, I'm going through the tutorial file, and trying to save my world file and the directory doesn't point to my new folder I created.... even after I made a new folder called "GameOne".
And I edited the main.cs file to say GameOne.
But here is another problem,.. it says in the PDF docs....' "Before going on, select File>Save Mission As... Change the folder to GameOne/data/missions, (change the folder where? its stuck at the tutorial.base folder)
and save your work as 'GameOneMission.mis'.",.. but I cannot change any folder, I have to manually add
C:\Torque\TGE_1_5_2\example\GameOne\data\missions\ BUT,.. I"m even getting an error that says I cannot save and its read only?
Any ideas?
Thanks

So now the question is,.. when I create a new "GameOne" folder or any other, do I have to reboot every time for the engine to recognize it?
