PAID] PNG Stream Loading

Narcissistic Studios are looking for an experienced (PC) Torque programmer to modify TGB ( version 1.5.1 ) to stream load PNG image files.

Requirements:
- Experience working with the Torque engine structure.
- Experience working with the PNG format and Streaming of PNG files.
- A thorough understanding of how TGB loads and manages image files.

Note:
All payments are made trough bank transfers and not PayPal or any other similar online payment service. This is usually not a problem as your bank should have all the required information posted on their website.

What is Streaming of PNG files ?
you mean downloading them from an [HTTP] server ?

You have a good point, maybe it's a bit unclear what I mean with streaming.

Streaming for this job would be to change the engine to be able to stream load PNG images from the hard drive instead of having to load the entire image at one time which for some cases like background loading of resources can causes stuttering.
