What's the main difference between TGB and Torque X?

Me and my friends are having trouble making the decision as whether to purchase TGB or Torque X. We want to make a 2D (pixel based) arcade brawler and upload it to Xbox Live. Both of these products seem so similar. It's just hard to tell which one would suit us the best for what we're trying to make.
Any advice or suggestions is highly appreciated.

I believe you still get one of you buy the other. A purchase of Torque X or TGB gets a license to the other doesn't it?

I was also curious as well I was also thinking of learning Torque X and wondered about it and what the difference was between that and say XNA 3.0 which is free and it does alot of things as well I have been learning XNA 2.0 a little but got caught in using TGE for my course at DeVry so I am using that now.

A purchase of TorqueX Builder gets a copy of Torque Game Builder since the underlying editor technology is the same. However, if you purchase TorqueX Pro, you do not get the builder products. You get access to the complete engine source code.

I've created a simple game in TGB (just basic scripting), could I throw it across into TorqueX Builder and get it to run on the 360? What would be needed to be done to do this?
If you could answer this for me please as I would like to do a couple XBOX Live Community games.
Thanks in advance for any help / advice.

I have a similar question about this, which I can't seem to find the answer to on the forums (I'm sure it's in here somewhere, but this place is BIG).I've created a simple game in TGB (just basic scripting), could I throw it across into TorqueX Builder and get it to run on the 360? If there is any scripting involved, you would have to port 100% of your TorqueScript to C#. They are two completely different engines. The builder just works with the assets, not any of the rest of the project.

Thanks a lot for your quick replies. I think I'll be leaving it for a bit then, until I get some spare time to learn C# (along with several other things I still need to learn).
