Free Models?

I've been playing with torque game engine for a little while now and now I want to actually start doing cooler stuff like adding new weapons and player models, but there's 1 problem, I'm horrible at modeling. So I need someone else to make models, but there's a problem with that also, I don't know anyone that can model. So, I want to ask if anyone knows any websites that has free models? It has to be free because money is an issue. thanks.

I like to make levels for games, and I like to make games that I want to play. For me, game's aren't about having the greatest next gen graphics, it's about having fun, and I make sure all my work shows that. (of course good graphics never hurt :P )

Learn to model. Get Blender, and follow some basic tutorials. It's easier than you think for lots of stuff. Maybe you can't do everything, but you can do some things.

Making weapons is a great place to start with modeling. They are static, usually symetrical, and all technical. Perfect place for developer art ;p Now when it comes to modeling and animating players, certainly try it for yourself, but you should know fairly quickly if you are cut out to do your own or if you should let an artist do the work.

The quality may not be the best but they are suitable for prototyping. Look at the freebies section of the forum and also check out the threads that Maxim Lyulyukin hos posted - his work is probably the best quality free models you'll find on here.
There are many "free" models available on the 'net but almost every one of them will require a little modeling knowledge in order to import/export them for Torque.
