400 Bad Request When trying to download TGEA 1.7.1 or 1.7.0

I just purchased TGEA last night and was looking forward to getting into the system. Unfortunately after making the purchase, I was greeted by an error in attempting to download the product.
The link sent me to:
http://download2.garagegames.com/afe845c563618312c2b26e704b6368d449146bdc000216a1f648/tgea/TorqueGameEngineAdvancedSDK-1-7-1.exe
Which is supposed to be good for 15 minutes. Only it gave me a 400 Bad Request error...
Assistance will be greatly appreciated.
Oh, I've tried this from two separate computers and had the same error from each one.
