Well, its seems lately that ive put ALOT on my plate.
Currently, im working on 2 Open Source projects. 1 that is very active, and another that is not active yet, but will soon.
Now, Im currently seeking to start making several indie games to generate a little bit of income.
As well, in my past time, as a personal project, ive been working on my own Software Platform, that soon will have an engine component layed out on top of it.
My question is, "how do you manage all this?".
Currently its really hard to cut a project, but not impossible.

Just my two cents.

Keep a log for one or two weeks of all the work you do. That gives you a realistic picture of what your production capability actually is. Then tailor your commitments to this. Prioritize. Leave ample room for recreation and for those things that *actually* matter in in life (those people around you).Just my two cents.

And keep in mind, there are limits to everyone's productivity. 16 hour production days are not twice as productive as 8 hour production days.

There's no need to reinvent the wheel... if you want an open source game engine, there's already several available.... why not join forces with one of them?Where are your open source projects located? Feel free to check out mine at IndieZen.org
