DTS Blender exporter error

Hello !
I have a error with blender,
I want to export my 3d modele, but i have a python error, see =>

The error is below of the windows, (Blender say "Check the console").

No, i save in .blend the model, but not works.

I have blender 2.45, and python 2.3.5, for the exporter, is the last version.

When i clique on "export to dts" i have the error, i dont have the windows of DTS exporter, i can't use path,I have blender 2.45, and python 2.3.5, for the exporter, is the last version.

I dont found TorqueExporter_SCONF, you can help me with teamviewer ? :s
