At $500/month, what kind of hours do you expect someone to put in? $500/WEEK is chickenfeed for a good full-time programmer.

I'd suggest providing some detail about the game too - what genre is it, do you have the artwork already, what duties will be yours and what will go to the programmer (ALL of the programming, or do you intend to share the load)? The more info you can provide, the fewer people will contact you only to say they're not interested in games.
