I am the senior software engineer on the game.
This game is built of the Torque X 3d engine and we are going to use the creator's club as a means to distribute the game once it is finished.
Any of you who were at the Austin Game Developer Conference mite have seen our game at the Garage Games booth.
There is blog if you want to follow the development of the game.

Nice Billy! Looking forward to seeing how the game has progressed. What I played at PAX was a lot of fun.

That looks sick! I love the concept. The amount of polish you guys have put on the game is astounding. Awesome work!

Hey, I'm Brit Baker, you guys know me! Let's go talk to some animals!

Well, you might not know me, but I also work on Box Macabre, while constantly choking on the bitter pill of knowing the other guys shot down my original name "Creepy Rhomboid". I'm Game Designer/Level Builder for the project.

I hope to add some of my general musings on game design to the PDS blog during the development process - another holiday season means more great games for me to 1. enjoy and 2. mercilessly analyze the design to see why I enjoy them.

Thanks to the Garage Games peeps, and this fantastic community for your support and encouragement! Some things we're doing with the Torque X engine have already resulted in some design ideas I'm excited about - can't wait until we can show them off.

Cheers!
Brit

@Billy - Yes. Definitely keep the updates coming. Perhaps a shiny blog is in order? =)

@Birt - Howdy Brit! Anything with the word "Rhomboid" gets shot down. It's so unfair =(

Anyway, once again I must say great work to the team!

We are setting up our developer blog right now actually and are preparing our first couple of announcements for it. The idea is to continue regular weekly or biweekly updates to give our peers and audience a nice inside look into the production. While we won't give away any surprises, we are all open to sharing our experiences with others in an effort to help and inspire. There isn't much yet, but here's a link to the blog:

I should introduce my self better.
I am Alan Uthoff and as i said before i am the Senior Software Engine for the game.
Which is just a fancy term to mean jack of all trades programmer on the game. I do any engine code programming (like graphics, camera programming and extending the Torque X engine to do thing it currently does not do that we need for the game) and assist Charles (our lead programmer ) with any extra work. I also tend to wear the technical director hat a good chuck of the time as well.
I am also the one that get to put the foot down and squash Brit and Billy's crazy ideas wahaha (just kidding).
On occasion i do add ideas to the game design (like the camera system) and love that Billy and Brit are open to listening to other suggestions.

I want to thank every one at Garage Games and the great community here for their support and excitement for the game. I am committed to creating a great product that every one will want to play and that I can feel proud of.

@Deborah Marshall - Thanks for the seal that was an awesome reply.

The game is being pushed back to 2010 because it is bigger and better and requires the extra time to polish.

Thanks for being patient.
