Final Refund Request

I gave the TGEA another go after getting some support but after a month it's still not working out. The engine is beyond my abilities. And sorry to post here but again I don't know where else to contact.
I've deleted TGEA from my computer, I can't use it. The order is still in my account, the records are all there.
Please, I need to get my money back.

When you invest money in a project like this, and use the engine, you can't really ask for your money back just because you didn't plan ahead, or aren't willing to learn the engine. I don't want to sound rude, but you should have done some research before purchasing the TGEA. Demonstration/Trial versions are designed so that you can test the engine out before purchasing it.
However, I would think that taking away a license wouldn't be a problem- getting fully refunded isn't likely.
