New RCE MMO LF First Round Dev Help

Greetings,
my name is Jason Appleton and I am an MMA Fight Promoter out of Cincinnati, OH.
I have been an avid MMO gamer since Ultima and have played every game out since then.
I am currently putting together the basis for a new RCE (Real Cash Economy) MMORPG utilizing the Torque engine as the basis for the game. The game will be similar in concept to Entropia Universe.
I am planning on using the wide variety of Torque content found on this site and provided by the many great modelers and designers within this community as my first round of development. This first round of development is simply going to be a phase where we establish a small team of folks working on seeding the world with this starter content and environments while laying the groundwork for future development and custom work.
I know this sounds VERY indie, but please don't be fooled.
I am a fight promoter with a dot com site preparing for a beta launch that has cost upwards of $300,000 over 3 years to develop and will make myspace and youtube look like the stone age of social networking and media warehousing. I have my own private server with unlimited bandwidth and storage as well as access to a $50,000 server farm that my other company owns, liquid and is housed in a co-lo facility 2 hours away. This should be more than sufficient to get things started.
I have contacts both with private and VC investors capable of funding a project of this caliber.
I simply need something to show the concept in relation to the ideas for the future.
What I'm looking for initially is someone capable of taking all of the assets I will break down into a list and purchase and put them all together in a world environment that can be walked through in first person.
A world builder if you will that knows the Torque Engine through and through.
I am also interested in talking with some of you experienced in further custom modeling relating to buildings, weapons (both modern and futuristic), creatures, clothing and armor. Coders, capable of establishing the massive player framework with experience in such while being able to discuss the various options of the server side connectivity and database storage/entry and the like.
Finally, I'm interested in meeting all other parties interested in getting involved who have something to offer, be it on a consulting level or otherwise.
This is a serious venture. I'm a 30 year successful business man with a family of 5. I mean no offense but I am looking for serious adult help. Those of you who work in the field and are talented with some free time to spend on a promising new project to generate some extra income will most likely have a lot to gain from this venture.
This will be a very "indie" venture with pay (to be discussed on an individual basis). I also have an interesting rev share model that I think some of you who are familiar with Entropia Universe will understand and appreciate though it's not a "must accept".
Anyone who has a serious interest in learning more will be asked to sign and send a non disclosure agreement prior to my relating any specific information.
Thanks for your interest and I do look forward to hearing from you soon.
Kind regards,
Jason Appleton

I think, in your case might be an easier solution to might apply for their partner program ( instead of creating a new technology )? Mindark is actually trying to get more planets for their players.

Hi Jason. I used to work as lead programmer for a company that was Entropia's partner. By partner, is that we create another planet where players from their planet can come to play on our planet. That doens't have anything to do with this project. The thread was for an investment fund idea I had for the game.
As for a planet, I've contacted MA about it and signed their NDA and have yet to get any information.

Is this the venture that you have been dropping all over the internet? I see a bunch of red flags, but i am sure there are some more savvy, folks that can look over this....
