Milkshape Question

I wasn't really sure where to post this, does anyone know if milkshape has a tool similar to csg subtract? Does it have any tool where I could take a cylinder out of a larger shape?

There is no Boolean commands in Milkshape3D....You'll have to manually build the geometry.
