Blancing issue

I took a break from game design for four months, but I'm back to my game. I have a blancing issue with a wheelchair. I'm using max9 and I tried everything, moving the bounds' mass point and also played with the car.cs center mass point. I'll pay someone to fix it and show me what is wrong

I'm not sure what you are after here...but when I fiddled with some rigidShape-objects, it seemed to matter where the bounds pivot is. I have a barrel.dts which I moved the pivot to the center of the bounds (around where I would think the center of mass to be) rather that have it at 0,0,0 as suggested in other cases...then it behaves more of what I am after. (When loaded into ShowTool part of the barrel is *below* the ground plane).
