Light maps

I've got problem with light maps. I am trying to place LM on models, but it's not working well. If model receiving LM, it's not receiving sunlight. With dynamic light it works, but it's overwhelming game engine.

I need to place evening sunlight on models by LM. How can I do this? I am working on TGEA.
