Losing shortcut Keys in World Editor..

I lose the shortcut keys when I click inside the WE Inspector. I get them back clicking the RMB inside the WE, but not with the LMB. Is this suppose to do this?
I can duplicate it everytime:
1) Open the WE Inpector and click the and line in the list tree.
2) Press any shortcut key, mainly the F-Keys to switch back and forth and nothing happens.
3) also LMB in the WE and do the same thing.
4) then RMB in the WE, and then use the shortcut keys and it works.
If this is not suppose to do this, it there and patch?
Also it would be nice when switching between the different WE Inspectors to have the title displaying in the Title bar like:
Torque Tutorial Base - World Editor
This would reduce the learning curve of nowing what WE Inspector your in.
