TXB 1.x vs. 2.0? I'm confused

I have an "Indie" license of TGE and TGB, so one day I found that I have a license for "Torque X Builder". Great! Recently, I tried experimenting with it, but it wouldn't install. It appears to expect the XNA 1 setup (VS 2005 Express Edition and all that). I am hearing about TXB 2.0, but I don't see any way to download it (the link from "My Account" is for 1.x). Do I have to flat-out purchase TXB to get the 2.0 version? Thanks!

Download TorqueX 2.0
Install it.
TXB will be in the TXB directory of the install.
Put your TXB key into the registration box and use to your hearts content.

EDIT:
TX 2.0 requires XNA 2.0. XNA 2.0 requires Visual Studio C# to be installed. It will not work out of the box with VS 2008.

Thanks! That worked!

Edited: One oddity: the documentation mentions several starter kits, but the only ones I saw were for a 2D and a 3D sample game. Is this normal?

All of the starter kits are now in the Program Files\GarageGames\TorqueX 2.0.0\Demos folder (or something similarly named.
