TGA License for my company help?

Were a small company with just my brother and I. We will be developing our first game. But, here is the twist concerning the Indie License and the Development Tools.

My brother lives in Kansas, and I live in California. My brother is the graphics artise and will be designing all the characters & animation, worlds, levels, ect.., and I am the programmer.

We both need the tools sets on our computers. Him for designing and me for programming. Do we have to purchase two different Indie License under the same company?

Also will I have to purchase a different License for the Torque X. I am waiting for the commercial version of the TX3D version.
