Looking For texture Artist/Skinner and level designer

Hello My name is Brice Johnson, lead designer for a game called Project Raven www.falloutgames.com
I am in need of a good texture artist/skinner and a level designer, We do not really need any more modelers, programmers or music composers. But if you think you have exceptional skills send me a email bricejohnson@projectraven.com .
We're a "garage games" company, you will be working for free. Some incentives will of course include recognition, experience, royalties of the final game, and potential future employment through a publishing contract for the game.
Must be willing to put hard work and soul into the development, must be willing to work with others, definately must be efficient and a team player.
