Am I allowed to do this?

I, use this accound, fox, for the forumns and game making. But my dad's account has purchased Torque. Am I allowed to use Torque, working with it from this account, and later crediting it with my name?
Also, I would please like a link to the EULA.

The Torque license is non-transferable. However I think in this case you are safe as long as your dad purchased the license for you, and no one else (including your father) is making a game.

I don't work for GG so you will be best to wait on one of them to clarify.

The correct, though abstract and convoluted, way of handling this would have been for your father to purchase it with your account because right now you do not have access to the private forums and in a legal sense, do not have the right to use the engine (as it was purchased by your father).

Why don't you and your father contact me and we'll get it all sorted out.
