Is there ever going to be a AllTorque product?

Last year when I attended IGC, I was really excited with what I believed to be a new product that combined TGB, TGE and TGEA, called Torque 2. TGE/TGEA would be getting behaviors from TGB and TGB would be getting better support for 3D objects and shaders. However as the year has progressed, it appears that Torque 2 is simply an internal name for GG's R&D. (Again, these are impressions that I believed to be true, which may not ever have been true or have since changed.)
Regardless of whether TGB, TGE, and TGEA continue as products, are there plans for a singular product that offers some of these features in the vision for GG? Thanks.

Garagegames has combined the frameworks of all the game engines into 1 (may/may not be a new game engine).
This combination is called Juggernaut, and although it is complete, it is very raw and only the most experienced programmers could use it right now.
They are trying to make it more user friendly, but the time that it is expected to finish isn't active.
Torque 2 does not mean TGE 2.0, TGEA 2.0, or TGB 2.0. It is what they used as a project name for what was to become Juggernaut.
Now I am not 100% sure about this, because GarageGames have been vague or unclear, so I could be wrong. But what I am hoping for is a game engine that uses OpenGL, can make both 2d and 3d games, and has high tech pixel shading and lighting.
