Multiplayer RPG is looking for YOU

In the last years, I've been working in a Project, and it's about time to start making it real. The last time I set up a team, one sold several models and ideas to a company (will not give names). But that won't stop me from finishing my project.
The game is based in the middle ages. Original huh?
Well... no. Nothing like that. Not another elves, orcs and dragons RPG.
This is a realistic game. Based mainly on real crafting. No classes, no levels. Just skills.
Objective? Whatever you want! You can stay as lumberjack for years if you like it, or try to get a whole town under your control as count.
There are 2 ideas for this game: one making it in XNA, for the xBox 360 Arcade, and the other will be with TGEA. IMHO, the best thing to do is to start with the TGEA version, since it's easier and there is no need to pay Microsoft for putting it on the marketplace.
Right now I just started putting the team up, so I need 2d/3d Artists, TGEA programmers and musicians.
Unfortunately, I don't have too much experience with TGEA (just TGE SDK), but I can take care of the website, forum and FTP, so we can stay updated.
An important thing is that I've been working on this project for a long time, have a lot written work done, so this isn't a weekend-only job, or that I'm doing it because I'm bored. No. This is for real and it's about time it can see the daylight.
I would like some experienced volunteers, but I understand that if I cannot pay you right now, I cannot gather professionals (the end benefits will be shared, of course). You can use this opportunity to learn too!
If you are interested, do not hesitate to contact me at alex_mochi@yahoo.es (subject: "Gremlins Workshop")
I'll be waiting for you!!
PS: Preferred Spanish speaking, or residents in Madrid or nearby, but anyone will do

Seems like you have the direction down but I'm curious about one thing. Why Gremlins Workshop? Is there any significance to the name?

a workshop is a place to build stuff
so... what happens if you put gremlins in a workshop? they get tools to detroy everything else even better
that is my opinion, the name really came up on a boring summer afternoon =)

I just wanted to post and say that I liked some of the ideas you had on the questing side. It can be taken a lot further, but I like it when I see people trying to move that ball forward. :)

you'll have to wait for the game (or beta, at least) to try them out

Player quests. Need something to be done? You can make your own quests and post them at the town billboard for others to complete. You can even choose when the quest starts!

Help on quests. What to do and where? Check the objective on the map.
Taxes. Feel like sharing your wealth? Taxes on housing, established by the owner of the city. Normal taxes if NPC city, of landlord can choose how many taxes to apply.
Top wanted signboards. Need gold? Check the top villains and hunt them down for the reward!
Crafting
Sandbox. Feel like changing the world? Now you get player housing, landscaping and cities.
Assisted crafting. Is that table too hard to do? 2 players can do the same recipe at the same time to get a nice -25% difficulty on it. A must for epic recipes.
Improve NPC cities. Church too small? Bring the stones and sticks to an architect and we'll see what happens.
Breeding. Have a fast horse and a strong one? Mix them up and keep the result!
Custom Laws. Want high taxes and want that nothing happens if you murder someone? You can have your own Eden right here.
Combat
Player killing possible even in cities. Someone just stole your money bag? Try to kill him. If you don't mind being chased by guards and losing fame afterwards, that is...
Fame system. How's your mental stability? Goes from 0 to 10. 0 means insane and 10 gets increased stats.
Top wanted signboards. Need gold? Check the top villains and hunt them down for the reward!

Raids to take control of cities. Bored? Grab your friends and conquer other player cities.
Role playing

Player made music. You don't like the game music? Make your own!
Marriage system. Found that special someone? Players can get married and have kids
Pack horses. Tired of carrying everything by yourself and breaking your back? Let the horse carry it...

Can burn heretics. Disagree with other religions? Burn the infidels in fire pits!
Can gain faith by praying. Don't want your Gods angry? Pray them. And if there is a priest nearby, better
Player-crafted religious objects. Need something shiny and pointy for your shrine? Look no further
