Creating iPhone 3d game using iTorque

We are building a 3d game for the iphone using itorque. The game is based on an upcoming disney movie. Timeline is very tight - 5 weeks to deliver, max. We have an in-house experienced cocoa dev and a game programmer who recommended the torque engine, but whose availability is in doubt. We would be creating the models and textures in-house as well. game play is akin to Monkey Ballz or Marble Madness using the accelerometer. we are in Los Angeles and work with all the major film studios primarily doing online marketing and design. pay would be in the $2500 a week range.
