Looking for programmer

Hi I have recently started up a company called J3 Entertainment and all we are in need now is a programmer. Preferabbly Torque skills and/or C Sharp would be great. I am willing to pay some money if we get the right programmer. Also we would give our programmer some profits of the game as well. Must be willing to work with others and a nice all around person. Hi Chris, I have a couple of questions I think some of us are interested in knowing.

is it a full time/part time job?

is it over internet or in your office if you have any?
if office, where are you located?

are we talking a salary that you can live on, or are the "real" money coming after release of the game?
you have any homepage?
will the one that gets the job be the only programmer, and if not, how many other is it.
