Outdated RTS tutorial for TGB?

After searching for info on creating an RTS on TGB, I found this stuff right here on the GG website:
http://tdn.garagegames.com/wiki/Torque_2D/GenreTutorials/StrategyOverview
It looks like everything I could possibly need to create the game I have in mind. But the page is stamped with warnings that the info is for an older version of TGB, and I shouldn't really trust it.
Has anyone used this? Does anyone know just how out of date it is? Would it serve as even a useful guidline, or just cause chaos? Is there any newer information on the subject?

Even more than that, there is some info plain missing. Like, author tells you second half of the script, while the first half is not found anywhere. Should be deleted as to not confuse people.

My long term goal is to create one of these games on TGB and document what I do and eventually have a complete tutorial. I'm totally new to all of this, though, so it might take forever.
I've also been on the lookout for anyone else interested in TGB AND RTS/RTT games. Perhaps a community within the community? I hope you'll keep in touch.

Eugene, I've searched high and low for more info, but using TGB to make a RTS or RTT game has been largely overlooked. An isometric package has been in the works for years, but I'm done holding my breath. A lot of the script in it is still fairly valid though, so if you need an idea for a system (like the selection system section) it's not a bad place to start. I'd take any questions into the private forums from there. If you have a TGB license then you should have access to the TGB Private Forums

Hey Mike... Well I wrote that RTS tutorial over 3 years ago if that gives you any idea :) It was before we built the Level Builder so adapting it to using that would have to be a constant thing you'll have to do. Hey Matthew... I hear you loud and clear. As fast as this stuff moves, it doesn't take long to become out of date. I've looked over your RTS tutorials, and there is a lot of info there.
