Player model without animation :\

Im trying to figure out the process of exporting animation.
So i took the basic player model (unaltered)
And after following some tutorials i replaced "forward.dsq" by my own.
Now, when i open the model in the showtool it doesnt have any animation... like, all the animations in "thread" are gone.....
Does anyone know what im doing wrong ?
or at least how i can figure it out myself.

Now, the animation is showing in the showtools.
But, in the normal game, he goes to the position i exported the model in and stays static when i walk forward.
Wich prolly indicates that i need to fiddle with the options a bit more... Does anyone know what exactly needs changing ?

Hey, how di you export those dsq's?
Torque Owner Sam Guffey
Forward = run.
Back = back.
Side = side.
Falling = fall.
Jumping = jump.
Standing Jump = standJump.
Landing = land.
These are called directly in the engine, so if they are not named correct then they wont work..
