Upgrade to 1.0.51 crash

I have tried to install every way i could possibly think of and constructor will not work with 1.0.51 upgrade?

Here is what i did, maybe i interpreted the instructions wrong?

1. installed fresh 1.0.3 version and registered

2. overwrote all files supplied with zip file and making sure to copy into appropriate sub-directories.

3. restarted and i get error file saying constructor cannot load?

did this several times on both my home and work pc and they both do the same error.
anyone know what might be wrong or am i installing update wrong?

Hi John - What are you using to decompress the zip file?

Tried Winzip 11, winrar and had my brother give me his unzipped file, as he had gotten 1.051 working on his pc. all yielded the same error . went to back to 1.04 until i can figure this one out.
