TGEA 1.7.1 Bug: Only Western Characters Can be Input

In TGE there was IME problem of Chiese/Korean/Japanese/Thai for a long time, while in TGEA non-western characters even can not be input.
Hope GG can resolve it in TGE and TGEA.
