Looking for Particle effect maker for RTS project

My game project is currently looking for someone that main skills are making particle effect and coding particle effects for use in TGE.

My project is in need of smoke trails and blast effects as listed

:Two different Smoke trails types for missiles
:Nuke Blast effect
