Texturing problem

So, I'm starting out with Houdini (Bought the license) and I've run into a problem.
I can make my characters, that's not an issue, I went from 3DS Max to Houdini (Needed to upgrade my old license anyhow) but here's the thing..
I can export my work, have it show in Showtool Pro, but it does not show my textures.
I can not for the life of me get it to work..
So if someone out there has a few minutes over, and could walk me through the steps involved in exporting with textures, every little detail would be nice (lol).
I can't find anything about it on the Houdini forums over at SideFx nor here after searching all over the site.

Right now, all I get are colored objects, no image-textures.
Any clue what is going on?

Marcus, maybe you didn't setup the DTS material or your UV edit correctly? You should see your material in Houdini scene view, not just colored objects. All I can suggest is read the "Torque render node" in Houdini Online help. Also at the bottom there are 6 example scenes you can load and inspect the network to see how the torque export was setup.

It's fairly easy to get it swapped over.
Before deleting the current material node which points to your bitmap in your SHOPnetwork, drop into the network pane a new DTS _Material node and direct the Diffuse Texture Map field to your texture bitmap. Then go to your geo node level and find it's Material entry field and navigate to your texture. Now you should be 'safe' to delete your Imported shader which won't export to DTS and the material should render in the engine, which the ShowToolPro is a version of.
Good luck.
