I dont know is this is the right forum. if not pardon me

Iam creating an IT office setup where we have lots of cubicles with and computers. There will be number of copies for single item. For example there will be monitor for each cubicles. I have arranged monitor keyboard chair and mouse for one bay. Can i clone these objects as we do it in max. if i copy and paste, it comes in the center of the screen. i have to align these objects again. is there any easy way?
